Lychee martini
3 ounces of premium vodka
1 ounce of lychee liqueur
1 lychee, peeled and pitted
ice
Shake together the vodka, liqueur and ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the peeled lychee and serve.

I've never tried it - but wouldn't it be a bit sweet for a Martini?
It is sweet - but it works.
Chocolate martinis are the best. The best I've had so far is from Brian the barman at the Dos Palmas resort in Palawan. The Feather Boa comes a close second.
The chocolate martinis in the Feather Boa are famed, but to be honest I wasn't that impressed; maybe it was my mood or the maltesers floating in it that put me off...
Hong Kong is sometimes called "The Big Lychee".
