Stirred

Lychee martini
3 ounces of premium vodka
1 ounce of lychee liqueur
1 lychee, peeled and pitted
ice

Shake together the vodka, liqueur and ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the peeled lychee and serve.

Chocolate martinis are the best. The best I've had so far is from Brian the barman at the Dos Palmas resort in Palawan. The Feather Boa comes a close second.

The chocolate martinis in the Feather Boa are famed, but to be honest I wasn't that impressed; maybe it was my mood or the maltesers floating in it that put me off...
